The Perfect Preparation
A 20 Mile road race in Nottinghamshire that is at the ideal time for anyone training for an April marathon.
The route is relatively flat and is spread over a large footprint which means no double loops of any section.
You can expect water stations every three miles, an isotonic drink station at nearly halfway (plus energy boost snacks throughout), a great technical t-shirt and medal, a generous cut-off time of four and a half hours, pacers and a professionally organised event in a major city.
